Each level has a short description under “Learn More” that describes about how much laundry is included using our sorting method.

Do your best to estimate, but don’t stress this isn’t a test and there’s no wrong choice. Once we arrive and sort your laundry, we’ll confirm the right level. If it doesn’t match, we’ll either adjust the load to fit your selection or update your booking to match what you have. Easy peasy.
