Do I need to be home?

We recommend it for vour first visit so we can let you know how everything works and answer any questions you have. After that, garage codes or porch drop-offs work fine.

Do you put it away for me?

Accepted Answer

No, but we return everything organized by family member and ready, either hanging on a rack or vertically folded in bins. Putting everything away is a breeze.

Question 3

What about detergent? Can I use my own?

Accepted Answer

We use low-fragrance HE detergent. No heavy scents - clean laundry should smell like nothing, not chemicals. We don't usually use client detergent, but if your family has a special detergent to meet a medical need (allergies or skin conditions etc.) and it's fragrance free, we are happy to use it.

What about hangers?

Accepted Answer

If you have hangers and organizational bins you like, we'll use them and return everything ready to put away in closets or drawers. First visit? Hangers and bins are on us.

2 things to note: We can not use wire hangers as they damage clothing. After your first visit, we reuse the hangers and bins from last time, and are able to provide additional hangers or organizational bins for $1 each to complete your order.

Question 5

What if I book the wrong level?

Accepted Answer

No stress. If you have less than expected you only pay for what was done. If you have more, we'll adjust once we've sorted and let you know the new price & timing before proceeding.

What don't you wash?

Accepted Answer

No reusable diapers, pet bedding, or items with paint or harsh chemicals. Pretty much everything else is fair game.
