Here's exactly what happens
From the moment we arrive to the moment we leave — no surprises.

1. We park at your curb
The Lorry arrives at your home with 4 LG washers and dryers onboard. No need to haul anything anywhere. We run on our own generator — no power or water needed from your home.

3. We wash, dry, and finish
Everything is washed on cold using low-fragrance HE detergent. Dried on low or no heat based on fabric type. Pulled from the dryer immediately and hand-smoothed or steamed to prevent wrinkles.

2. You hand over your laundry
Bring your laundry to the door. Your launderer sorts everything using our 17-step method - by color, fabric
type, weight, and size. You don't need to pre-sort anything.

4. Everything is returned organized
Hanging items go on your own white hangers (no wire). Folded items are stacked neatly in bins, separated by family member and category, and ready to go straight into your closet or drawers.
Good to know before you book
Choose your level
Don't worry, you don't have to be exactly right. We'll make adjustments once we sort.
